Recently, a very beautiful measure of the unsharpness (fuzziness) observables is discussed in paper [Phys. Rev. A 104, 052227 (2021)]. The which defined this constructed via uncertainty and does not depend on values outcomes. There exist several properties set (e.g., incompatibility, non-disturbance) that do Therefore, approach above-said consistent with above-mentioned fact able to intrinsic observables. In work, we also quantify an outcome-independent way. But our different than paper. at first, construct two Luder's instrument-based measures provide tight upper bounds those measures.
